I am telling you right now my friend that losing weight is not an easy thing to achieve. You need to be prepared to work hard at it. The truth is that the only way that you are ever going to be able to lose the excess fat is if you stop being a lazy person. Those that are willing to get into the best shape of their lives are prepared to get out there and put in the work that needs to be put in to actually get amazing results. Believe me my friend there is absolutely no way that you are going to be able to get around this.

To give yourself the best chance of succeeding in this life you must make sure that you stop wasting time trying to find a shortcut because the truth is that there are no shortcuts to achieving a great body. I am telling you right now that only those that are prepared to put in the work are the ones that are going to get results. So again I want to reinforce the fact that you will never find a shortcut when it comes to losing weight. So please don't waste anymore of your time doing that which is not going to help you make progress.

The next step you need to take is radically improve your diet. The first step you will want to take is to stop consuming junk foods. All that junk food is the reason that you are overweight in the first place.

Next up you need to make sure that you are filling up your cupboards with as many healthy foods as you possibly can. The moment you change your diet is the moment that you will lose an incredible amount of weight.

The next thing you need to pay attention to is exercise. In terms of results diet is going to be the most important thing but after that comes exercise. When you are down at your local gym I would encourage you to actually lift heavy weights... as heavy as you possibly can. Cardio is something that you will want to avoid completely because it will actually prevent you from losing weight.

The reality is that there is nothing more important than actually getting out there and taking action because it is the best way to lose that ugly fat!
