The Variety of Workout Supplements for the Shield of WWE

By Rob Sutter

The Shield may just be the best wrestling stable we have had during the past number of years. This says a lot, considering how many groups have come down the pipeline recently. The issue that doesn't apply to the Shield, which applies to the rest, is that it always appeared like the focus was on a single person and those who weren't leader were regarded as the henchmen to be easily dispatched. The Shield is a more even unit and I think that each one has different needs for workout supplements.

If there was one person who could probably consider the leader of sorts, I would have to place my money on Dean Ambrose. He is easily the best talker of the group and his mannerisms only add to his erratic behavior which one can see on television. I could see him utilizing amino acids in order to keep that energy at a high level. In addition, he's going to need it in order to keep himself cognitively sharp, which is arguably his greatest asset to the team.

As far as the actual "wrestler" of the group is concerned, Seth Rollins fills that void due to his constant exhibition of showmanship. When you see him take to the top rope in order to hit a flying knee or stomp on the back of someone's head into the canvas, you get the feeling that he's legitimately hurting people. Rollins is a very capable in-ring performer and I have to believe that he would have to stay muscular and lean in order to continue performing. In this regard, creatine powder may be best.

It's clear that companies along the lines of Muscular Development are in total support of these products. They are the kinds of workout supplements which work to build strength and there is not one other member of the stable to showcase that better than Roman Reigns. He's often been called the powerhouse of the group and there's no better term that better describes him. He may want to utilize protein powder, for starts, if he wants to continually perform powerbombs and running pounces to great extents.

Workout supplements can come in great handy for anyone who's athletic but wrestlers may need those most of all. They are the ones who constantly work and seeing as how there is little in the way off an offseason, they have to be able to sustain themselves as the future unfolds. The Shield is just one piece of the future's puzzle, albeit a sizable piece. Seeing as how the group is composed of thee dynamic personalities without much in the way of direct similarities, the supplements in question can prove useful.
