The benefits of going through proper training are indeed vital as you come to choose this area. This is a prerequisite before you join any race. Maybe thinking of it makes you back out because of its cost, from its gear down to instructors. But, it should not be expensive if you only know the proper ways of getting started.

It is advisable to use the same bicycle during your practice and on that day you prepared for. You already have the idea on how to make it follow on your moves. It must also vigorous to cater your weight.

Get the necessary suits and running shoes. Be able to wear the proper running shoes that match the shape of your feet. It must also be flexible as you get to move around. Have it tested first whether it hurts your feet or not. Take also the suits that you feel comfortable on. Wearing something you are not comfortable can affect your performances.

Plot schedules for your training. Never skip a day and always be on time. This is for your own good. You cannot achieve something if you have not gone through everything that is asked from you. Plot your schedules properly and make time for these days and hours.

Nobody will not do it for you, except you. No one can push you so hard if you are not willing to do it. You alone know what is the best thing in order to hit the goal. This is your fight after all.
